Die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan Alana Higman and her family are up for the Fan of the Year award, as judged by Fan Engagement Director Derrick. The movie was filmed in historic Independence Square, Missouri, on Independence Square, which actually looks like it all year round.
The square is also lit up with Christmas lights, just like in the movie
. The locations that were the Higman Family Store and Norma and Nick’s BBQ Restaurant are also real-life family-owned stores.
I thought it was a good movie
It has a sports theme and I loved the little Easter eggs that appeared in the movie (Donna Kelce, Andy Reid, and retired senior players). It’s definitely a standout movie that a huge family keeps trying to get into.
I highly recommend watching the movie, especially if you’re a woman who loves sports and love
This movie was a nice departure from the usual «high powered woman who comes to a small town to fix something and falls in love with a «Small Town Guy,» although overall it was a typical and still nice Christmas themed movie that wasn’t as important a topic as football.
